FORA.tv posted this excellent talk given by Adam Savage at the 2009 Maker Faire.  He addresses a few of his epic failures and talks about how they shaped him into who he is today.  Adam is one of my favorite people in the world, and I have seen most of his stuff online.  This video is one of the best I have seen in a while. I am a huge fan of the mythbusters and I absolutely love what they do for the promotion of science!
