NC State Traffic Cone Artist

I always appreciate good construction art…  Joseph Carnevale decided to make something interesting out of the traffic barrels lining the perimeter of a roadway construction site in Raleigh, North Carolina.  His approach to obtaining the barrels was a little criminal, but I like the art nonetheless.  It seems like all street art requires a little deviance to have proper credibility…  The barrels belonged to Hamlin Associates but the company expressed no desire to press charges .  In fact, the company has shown great interest in the “Monster” and is possibly commissioning Carnevale for another creation!
